I’m really excited to share this little project bag that I recently finished!

This is a @portlandleather mini crossbody in the color Blush. It’s a pretty rare color and hard to get your hands on. I got this one for a reeeeally good deal because of the marks and stains on the outside. Such a lovely bag deserved to look its best again!

I drew up a design in Procreate to best cover the blemishes, then got to work burning. You can swipe through the photos and see what Blush looked like before, and what she looks like now in the same lighting. I was pleasantly surprised with how well the blemishes were camouflaged!

I haven’t decided what I want to do with Blush. I’m not sure if I should sell it due to the cosmetic damages, but it’s also not a color that I would wear often. We shall see what I decide lol!

Stocking up on keychains after my last event 🦬

Long time, no post! Sometimes I just really can’t bring myself to care about posting on social media. I don’t enjoy making reels or filming process videos or showing my face and sometimes it seems like you can’t grow if you don’t do those things. So then it’s like, what’s the point y’know? Oh well. I’ve started doing a lot of crocheting lately and that has somewhat revitalized my creative spirit. I also took the plunge in ordering a new burn tool and am looking forward to that, so hopefully I will start posting more regularly. We will see lol.

I finished up my summer events and my next event will be September 21st in Casper, WY with @funkyjunkgypsy! I always look forward to Whitney’s events; she is by far one of the best coordinators I’ve interacted with. I hope to see you all there!

A little something different today; my first time dyeing a bag!

This was a gift for my eight year old cousin who is obsessed with watermelons. It was originally a Quartz Small Circle crossbody from @portlandleather (see last pic for original color.) My dye job was definitely not perfect and I especially found it difficult to dye under and around the flaps that the D rings are connected to.

I used leather paint for the seeds and was dreading thinking about dyeing or painting the strap but then I found someone selling a PLG mini crossbody strap in the color Cowboy Mint, so that worked out a lot better.

I’m not sure if I’ll dye another bag anytime soon but this was a fun project!

A little something different today; my first time dyeing a bag!

This was a gift for my eight year old cousin who is obsessed with watermelons. It was originally a Quartz Small Circle crossbody from @portlandleather (see last pic for original color.)
