SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please email me as soon as possible with the following photographs:

The outside, top and bottom, of the package with the label visible.

Inside of the box with packaging materials.

The damaged item.

Close-up of the damaged part(s) of the item.

Processing time for orders is 3 - 15 business days. Processing time for custom and bulk orders will vary and will be discussed via email. Holidays may increase all processing times.

CDD is not responsible for shipping delays. CDD is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address, construction, or pets. Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order. Returned packages will result in an additional shipping fee.

Customers are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply. CDD is not responsible for shipping delays due to customs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not available at this time. Please email me if you have questions regarding your order.
