SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please email me as soon as possible with the following photographs:

  • The outside, top and bottom, of the package with the label visible.

  • Inside of the box with packaging materials.

  • The damaged item.

  • Close-up of the damaged part(s) of the item.

Processing time for orders is 3 - 21 business days. Processing time for custom and bulk orders will vary and will be discussed via email. Holidays may increase all processing times.

CDD is not responsible for shipping delays. CDD is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address, construction, or pets. Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order. Returned packages will result in an additional shipping fee.

Customers are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply. CDD is not responsible for shipping delays due to customs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns are allowed in two cases: if the product arrives damaged or if the product is not what you ordered. If the product arrives damaged in some way or is the wrong product, please reach out within a week of receiving your package by emailing linsey.circledrivedesigns@gmail.com. We may ask that you provide photos or return the product. If we require you to return the damaged or incorrect product, please send the return items to 524 Broadway St, Thermopolis, WY 82443. If you have questions about this return policy, you can email linsey.circledrivedesigns@gmail.com. Customized products are not eligible for returns. CDD is not responsible for failure to read item descriptions.

 

Sizing

Hats are eligible for returns due to sizing issues only if a different size is sent than what was ordered. Customers are responsible for measuring themselves and ordering the correct size.​Other products are not eligible for returns due to the size being different than expected. Please read all product descriptions closely to understand the sizing of each product.

 

Exchanges

We do not allow exchanges at this time, unless the product you receive is not the product that you ordered.

 

Cancellations

You may cancel your order of ready-to-ship items up to one week after the order has been placed. After one week and after shipment, your order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Customers are entitled to refunds if the item takes more than 3 weeks to ship without prior communication on the status of the package via email. The other circumstance in which you may be entitled to a refund is in the event of a production or shipping defect resulting in the product breaking or becoming nonfunctional. We reserve the right to review “broken” or nonfunctioning products on a case by case basis. If you wish to receive a refund, please contact us at linsey.circledrivedesigns@gmail.com.
