"Just a Good Tattooer"
Percy Waters was an incredibly influential figure in the early 20th century tattoo industry. He is perhaps most widely known as the father of the modern tattoo machine after receiving a patent for his two coil electromagnetic machine. Despite passing away in 1952, Percy's flash tattoos remain a popular design in the modern age.
This mirror is engraved with one of Percy's anchor designs, as stenciled from Yellow Beak Press's "Old Glory 2: Percy Waters" reference book.
